The CPG Experience Council is a space for like-minded CPG professionals in customer experience (CX) to meet monthly (via Zoom Call) to learn, discuss, ideate, build, and inspire themselves and others in all things CX.

Yes, for “Associate Members” it is free to participate in monthly calls and to have access to best practice and educational materials.

Yes, there is an operational cost to collect, safeguard, and process any data. This is undertaken by our trusted partner, CustomerGauge. The cost of accessing the entry point benchmarked data is $20,000 per annum.

Council meetings take place for 1 hour on the last Wednesday of every month, except for December to allow everyone to enjoy the festive period with family & friends.

Yes, at this stage, the only members are CPG companies. There may be a point in the future when we open up the Council to relevant industry specialists to come along and present or possibly join. However, any decisions to expand beyond CPG companies will be voted on by the Council Members.

The law firm MAVERICK, who specializes in Competition, Regulation, and Legislation has reviewed the Council’s practices, providing 7 legal safeguards for the Council meetings and 6 safeguards for all Council members to follow.

These are all confirmed at the start of every Council meeting and also in the minutes and recordings that are published (for Council Members) post-meeting for their legal teams to review at any time.
